I’ve started a new Web site all about education in Alaska.
I’ve spent the last four or so years of my life learning all I can about the education system in Alaska. It’s kind of a passion with me now.
Now that I’m not an education reporter I kind of wanted a new outlet for my reporting skills. So this new web site will be a place for me to post news about education in the 49th state. I’ll also compile stats and other information that I’ve learned where to find but other people may not be able to find so easily.
Anywho…check it out…it’s a work in progress so I’ll keep you posted of any new features.

Was the Website a spin off from your work or part of your job responsibilities? You didn’t mention it on the phone. This is the first time I’ve been on line since the operation so I was very surprised. Great job. Must take up a lot of your time.

Have you had any comments from your school district yet about this site? Where do you go to get the articles you find? Does it take a lot of time to keep the site up?
